Criminal Trespass & Criminal Damage – Case Dismissed
Our client was charged in Cottonwood Municipal Court with Criminal Trespass and Criminal Damage arising from an alleged incident at a local business.
After reviewing the evidence, we negotiated a Deferred Prosecution Agreement that allowed our client the opportunity to resolve the matter without a conviction. The client successfully completed all required terms of the agreement.
As a result, the charges were formally dismissed and the case was closed.
