Through persistent negotiation, the firm secured a plea agreement that reduced the felonies to undesignated offenses, allowing him to avoid prison entirely and retain the ability to have all charges designated as misdemeanors.

At sentencing, the Court imposed three years of probation and only eight days in jail with work release, permitting the client to maintain his employment and continue supporting himself and his children.
