Our client was facing charges in Prescott Municipal Court of shoplifting and refusing to provide a truthful name when lawfully detained. After gathering and presenting mitigating information about the circumstances of the incident and about our client that the police had not uncovered, we convinced the prosecutor to dismiss all charges. The case was closed, and our client was fully acquitted.
