Probation Obtained for Felony Failure to Register
Client was charged in Yavapai County Superior Court with five felony counts of failure to register.
We obtained a plea agreement that allowed the court to consider probation rather than requiring a prison sentence. At sentencing, we successfully argued for probation, and the court placed the client on probation.
